Drama Schools
Stretching children's imagination
All the world is a stage with Drama, Dance and Singing
Drama classes can be challenging and hugely enjoyable for students who love acting. What better way for a child to explore their imaginations, build self-esteem and take their self-expression to a whole new level.
At StageCoach drama classes are a keystone subject. In contrast to many traditional drama schools we also emphasize singing and dancing. This guarantees that our students receive a well-grounded education in all aspects of the performing arts.
When studying these three subjects together our students get a clear picture of how they are inextricably linked and how they serve to enhance each other. This perspective is one that they are unlikely to get at another drama school. Other drama schools tend to focus on just one facet of drama training at a time. StageCoach believes that students should increase their skills across the three key disciplines and develop their full potential within the performing arts.
A lot of acting schools demand that students have had previous stage experience and hold auditions for students. At StageCoach we do not hold auditions, all that we require is enthusiasm and a hunger to learn. Our tutors are all specialists in their field and are trained to work with a wide variety of ages and abilities.
StageCoach drama classes are limited to 15 students, unlike other schools, which are likely to have much larger classes. These small classes mean that each child's ability is fostered and they benefit from the teamwork.
Drama is an exceptional way to build your child's confidence and self-esteem. Not only does it encourage and develop the imagination it also gives your child the freedom to express itself in a safe yet creative environment. Working either individually or with a group, students can see their contributions develop and blossom into a successful performance. What better way to boost their self-confidence?
