We are thrilled to announce a very exciting project for BC's Lower Mainland schools for the Winter 2014 term! On Sunday March 16th, Main school students from all of the Stagecoach schools in the Lower Mainland will perform together at a special charity event held at The Queen Elizabeth Theatre. This is a wonderful opportunity for Stagecoach students to work together, see each other perform and take part in this special event on one of BC's most prestigious stages.

The schools taking part in this event are Vancouver Eastside, Vancouver Westside, Langley, Surrey, Richmond and Coquitlam. The Queen Elizabeth Theatre was opened in 1959 and seats 2765 people. It is currently the home of Vancouver Opera and Ballet British Columbia and also hosts touring companies.

Stagecoach Principal of Vancouver Eastside and Vancouver West Hilary Wight says, "We are so excited to see all the Stagecoach schools in the Lower Mainland performing together. This is something we've been hoping to put together for sometime and we are looking forward to seeing it finally happen.

All of our students are thrilled to be performing at the Queen Elizabeth. Many of them have seen visiting Broadway productions on that stage and they can't wait for their chance to perform there!"
