Stagecoach Milton and Burlington

Jasmin is an administrator at Stagecoach Performing Arts, supporting daily operations and creating a positive experience for students and families. A certified elementary teacher and member of the Ontario College of Teachers, she is also a trained Child and Youth Worker. Jasmin is a children’s book author with a passion for helping young people build confidence, express themselves and thrive in supportive, creative environments.

Alicia is a bilingual teacher of singing, dancing, and acting with over 11 years of music study and 14 years of vocal training. She has worked with notable coaches, including Tamara Beatty and Trevor Yuile. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Honours from Brock University and completed her teacher certification at Nipissing University. Her passion for dance and music drives her to promote music in children’s learning.

Sophia is an educational assistant, student and performer from Burlington with a lifelong passion for the performing arts. With experience in singing, dancing, acting and musical theatre, she has performed in numerous productions and taken on various leadership roles. Sophia is currently studying Child and Youth Care at Mohawk College. She is passionate about working with young people and helping them build confidence, creativity and self-expression through the arts.

Christina Dixon is a professional actress with over 10 years of experience, as well as an acting coach, drama teacher and youth motivational speaker. She trained in a prestigious Ontario Arts Program before working in marketing and commercial production. Christina has coached young performers, including her daughter, Canadian Screen Award winner Shailyn Pierre-Dixon. She continues to act while helping children build confidence and supporting families in the industry.

Shailyn Pierre-Dixon (she/her) is a Canadian actress, director and writer who has worked in film and television since age seven. She recently earned her BFA from Toronto Metropolitan University’s Performance Acting Program. With experience as a camp counsellor and mentor, Shailyn loves working with young people and helping them explore their creativity. She is excited to join Stagecoach Burlington and inspire students to discover their own love of performing.

Lauren is excited to join the Stagecoach team! A lifelong performer, she has experience in dance, singing, acting and storytelling, including performing as Val Clark in A Chorus Line at Theatre Ancaster. She is entering her third year of Sheridan College’s Honours Bachelor of Music Theatre Performance. With a passion for teaching, Lauren loves working with children and is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of performers through her love of theatre.

Jaime is thrilled to join the Stagecoach team. She has a rich performing background, starring as Matilda in the Broadway National Tour of Matilda the Musical, appearing in Annie with Mirvish, and performing with the Arts Club Theatre. Jaime enjoys teaching and has directed and choreographed musicals like Bring It On, Chicago, and Mamma Mia. Currently studying Musical Theatre at Sheridan College, she aims to inspire young performers to build confidence and creativity through theatre.

Nathan is excited to join the Stagecoach team! He is in his third year of Music Theatre Performance at Sheridan College and recently performed in A Chorus Line with Theatre Ancaster. His previous roles include Jack Kelly and Davey in Newsies and Mark Cohen in Rent. Nathan has also spent three summers working with young performers at Stage 2: Performance Camp and is excited to share his experience and passion with aspiring young artists at Stagecoach!

Emma Exley is a third-year Music Theatre Performance student at Sheridan College. She grew up in London, Ontario, performing with Original Kids Theatre Company and joined their Artistic Staff for four years starting in 2022, teaching acting and vocal classes and directing shows. She believes that a teacher’s passion is contagious. Her acting roles include Jane Doe in “Ride the Cyclone,” Carrie in “Carrie: The Musical,” and Molly Aster in “Peter and the Starcatcher.”

Zoey is passionate about acting, dancing, singing and directing. She joined Stagecoach at age 10, where she developed the skills and confidence to pursue her love of live theatre. Alongside many Stagecoach performances, Zoey has performed in and directed school plays, earning her school’s Student Award for Drama. With over 10 years of dance and singing experience, Zoey loves teaching, inspiring young performers and sharing her passion for the performing arts.

Alexis has been at Stagecoach for as long as she can remember! Starting at just four years old, and is still attending to this day. Alexis has performed in many plays at Stagecoach as well as in elementary school and high school. Along with her passion for acting, she often writes and compose songs in her free time. Alexis feels like every time she goes to Stagecoach she learns and grows as a performer. Now shes here helping others grow in their journey too!

Paige has loved the arts from a very young age. Since joining Stagecoach at the age of 11, she has grown in both her confidence and performance skills. Paige is extremely passionate about music and is a talented singer who enjoys playing guitar, bass and piano. She takes interest in songwriting and recording, and hopes to one day create music of her own. Paige is very excited to join the Stagecoach team with the hopes that she can inspire others to become more confident in their talents!

Alma is an artist and arts advocate from Burlington and a graduate of the Theatre and Drama Studies program at the University of Toronto Mississauga and Sheridan College. With a lifelong passion for performing, she has experience in singing, acting and dance, as well as teaching with Theatre Aquarius. Alma works as an actor and producer while supporting local arts education programs, where she is passionate about encouraging youth development and creativity through the arts.

For the past three years, Stagecoach has been the center of Kaitlyn’s creative world. From local showcases to the magical parade at Disneyland Paris, her experiences—including developing her talent as a singer—have shown her that performing is about building confidence and community. Having grown so much herself, Kaitlyn is thrilled to step into this new role. She’s excited to join the team and help every student feel confident, supported, and inspired to reach their goals!

Alyssa began her Stagecoach journey at age seven as a quiet and shy student, quickly finding a place where she felt comfortable being herself. Over the years, she progressed through Stages 1, 2 and 3 and is now a Further Stages student, even performing at Disneyland Paris! Stagecoach has helped Alyssa build confidence, develop her skills and form lasting friendships. She is excited to teach Early Stages and inspire the next generation of students.
