A Party Built Around Them
Stagecoach Guelph birthday parties are led by two members of our teaching team and take place at a venue chosen by the family. During the two-hour session, children take part in drama games, singing, dancing and group activities planned around the birthday child’s chosen theme.
Our team brings the activities, leads the children from start to finish and adapts the session to suit the ages and interests of the group.

What parents need to know
Venue
Choose a room with enough clear space for the group to move safely. Tell us about the venue when you enquire so we can confirm it will work for the activities.
Clothing
Children should wear comfortable clothes and secure footwear suitable for drama games, dancing and movement.
Guest information
Tell us the children’s ages, expected guest numbers and any allergies, access needs or other information that could affect participation.
Food, cake and presents
Families arrange these separately. Allow enough time before or after the two-hour Stagecoach session.
