Stagecoach Performing Arts Mississauga and Oakville is proud to offer a high quality performing arts program for children and teens ages 4-18yrs at several spacious venues and locations serving the Halton and Peel regions. We are ready to nurture and develop your child’s unique potential.  All of our programs include all three disciplines in one - acting, singing and dance - for a complete musical theatre experience!

"Welcome to Early Stages, where our youngest stars shine bright! Our classes are tailor-made for budding performers ages 4 to 6, igniting their passion for singing, dancing, and acting in a vibrant and nurturing environment.

At Early Stages, we believe in the power of creativity and imagination. Through engaging lesson plans and performance based activities, we instill the fundamentals of musical theater while fostering Creative Courage for Life that will extend well beyond the stage. Our experienced instructors provide nurturing guidance, ensuring each child feels safe to explore their talents and unleash their inner star.

Main Stages (for ages 6-16 yrs)

Stagecoach Main Stages
Step into the spotlight with our engaging Main Stage programme tailored for students aged 7 to 14! Whether you're a budding star or new to the stage, this immersive 3-hour class caters to all levels of ability.
 
Divided into three, age-appropriate, stages, students rotate through their classes each week taught by passionate, experienced teachers excited to share their love of the arts!  Students spend an hour honing their vocal talents, another perfecting dance moves and technique, and a third diving deep into dramatic expression. This dynamic trifecta not only prepares you for dazzling performances but also boosts confidence in the classroom, sharpens public speaking prowess, and so much more to nurture lifelong creative courage. Each session is crafted to ignite creativity and build essential skills that go beyond the spotlight.

We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, while at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!  Join us and embrace your Creative Courage for Life!



Further Stages (for ages 14+ yrs)

Embark on a journey of artistic growth in our Further Stages programme, designed exclusively for teenagers aged 14 and up.  Whether you're dreaming of a career in theater, eager to explore your passion or simply looking to try something new, our inclusive and supportive environment welcomes everyone.

In Further Stages, we believe in nurturing not just performers, but confident individuals ready to take on the stage of life. Through ongoing training, performance opportunities and master classes, we help students to learn or enhance their skills in acting, dancing and singing, as well as life skills.  We're here to prepare you for the next chapter—be it post-secondary education or professional auditions—with expert guidance and personalized mentorship. Or, join us purely for the joy of learning, making friends, and discovering the power of the performing arts to boost your confidence and creativity.

Meet The Team

Principal - Tosha Doiron - M.F.A, Hons. B.A

With over 20 years in the performing arts, Tosha is the proud Principal and Owner of both Stagecoach Oakville and Stagecoach Mississauga locations.  A professional actor, dancer, movement coach and producer, Tosha has worked with theatre companies across Canada including: Fevergraph Theatre, Praxis Theatre, Kaleidoscope Theatre, Magnus Theatre, Belfry Theatre, Carousel Theatre, Tightrope Productions, the Luminato Festival and more. Recent highlights include her roles in Litmus Theatre's Dora Award Winning production of the Birth of Frankenstein, Look Back In Anger with FeverGraph Theatre (Best Production Winner and Best Actress nomination "My Entertainment") and Help Yourself with Theatre Brouhaha (Best of Fringe, Patron's Pick, Best Ensemble Winner, Best Featured Actress nomination "Broadway World"). For television and film, Tosha has appeared in The Parker Andersons (SuperChannel), The Handmaid's Tale (Zulu), Workin' Moms (CBC), Reign (CW Network), Beauty and the Beast (CBS), Supernatural (WB Network), Psych (USA Network), as well as numerous commercials and print ads, including recent National campaigns for; Air Canada, Shoppers Drug Mart , Belair Direct and Loblaws. Tosha also spent several years working as an assistant to some of Vancouver's top casting directors.  She holds an MFA in Acting from York University and an Honours B.A in Theatre Performance from the University of Toronto.
 
When not performing, Tosha's passion is teaching.  She is currently a faculty member in the Department of Theatre at York University and has also taught at Sheridan College, The Toronto Film School, Hoofer's Performing Arts, Fevergraph Theatre, Stagecoach Toronto West, and was a founding teacher at Canada's first Stagecoach School in Vancouver.  She opened her first Stagecoach in 2012 as a way to offer high quality lessons in a safe, inclusive, fun environment, that ultimately creates confidence in children and teens that will stay with them forever, no matter where their path leads.  She truly believes we can foster "Creative Courage for Life"!
