Stagecoach Mississauga and Oakville

Lindsay is a vocalist, pianist, and theatre performer with over 20 years of teaching experience. She has been with Stagecoach Mississauga and Oakville since 2012, inspiring young artists in her community. Starting her arts journey at age 9, she performed in productions and music festivals. Lindsay holds a B.Mus with Honours from Humber College and certificates in Vocal Jazz and Musical Theatre. She loves helping young performers reach their potential through creativity and fun.

Lisa is a playwright, screenwriter, and producer with training in Theatre Performance and Business Management. She worked at Stagecoach and produced five Dora‑nominated plays. As Managing Producer at Cahoots Theatre (2020–2025), she helped create works like *bug* and *Sweeter*. She placed second in the 2024 Toronto Fringe 24‑hour contest, is developing *The Exhale* for 2027, and her short film *Ladyfingers* won Best Toronto Film in 2025.

Kahleah is a Toronto‑based BIPOC singer, dancer, and actor. She discovered her love of theatre as a teen playing Martha in High School Musical. After earning her BMT at St. Lawrence College and Queen’s University, she became an emerging teaching artist in vocal music, drama, and dance. Her credits include Marry Me A Little, Pippin, and 9to5! She also performs and choreographs for the Queen’s Vogue Charity Fashion Show and is growing as a researcher and resource writer.

Josh is a Toronto‑based artist and Stagecoach teacher, a 2‑time ACTRA Award‑nominated actor and 3‑time SOCAN Award‑winning musician. His credits include Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, Moonfall, and Netflix’s Polar. He has taught with Stagecoach for nearly a decade and was nominated for Outstanding Drama Teacher in 2019. He appears in MGM’s Billy The Kid and will star in Apple TV+’s The Last Frontier. His debut album Variety Show is streaming now.

Tehillah James is a Toronto-based dance artist trained in hip-hop, ballet, modern, and contemporary dance. A York University graduate in Dance Education, she focuses on dance therapy and rehabilitation while empowering young dancers. Tehillah aims to create an equitable environment where students feel secure sharing their ideas. She advocates for mental health and dreams of establishing a multidisciplinary facility offering talk and movement therapy in a judgment-free space.

Alyssa is a Toronto‑based theatre and dance professional with 15+ years of experience as a vocalist, actor, and dancer. A Randolph College alum, she has spent 6 years teaching and fostering safe creative spaces. She is head show writer for Studio XIV Dance Co. Notable credits include Swing Gertie in Diamond Tooth Gerties and Stranger Sings. She believes Creative Courage means making bold choices and learning from mistakes.

Oliver is a professional performer and filmmaker excited to teach at Stagecoach, where he first trained as a child. He studied Musical Theatre at Leicester College of Performing Arts and has worked in The Snow Queen and Ever After. A trained dancer, actor, and singer, he has also performed with Carnival Cruise Lines. After completing training at Toronto Film School, he directed several short films. He focuses on building confidence and creativity in young people.

Skye is a graduate of Stagecoach Further Stages and Niagara College’s Acting for Film and Theatre program. Their past performances include The Prom at The George Elliot Theatre, and they will next appear in SHREK with Globe Productions. They co‑wrote the short film Resolve and performed in Wallgum Theatre’s Performance Fest. A multi‑disciplinary performer and a student favourite, Skye teaches that Creative Courage means pursuing what you want and embracing creativity’s endless possibilities.

Mika Holzberg is an emerging performer in her third year of Sheridan’s Music Theatre Performance program. Originally from London, Ontario, she began in youth theatre and now aims to give young performers the same guidance that shaped her. Alongside teaching at Stagecoach, she works as an actress in Toronto’s indie and youth theatre scene. Her teaching centers on the “3 C’s”: Confidence, Communication, and Creativity.

Alanna is a multidisciplinary creative and longtime Stagecoach teacher with 7+ years of experience. She holds degrees in Drama in Education and Community from the University of Windsor and Video Production from George Brown College. She has worked as an educator, choreographer, performer, and director, with credits including Fiddler on the Roof and Little Shop of Horrors. She recently choreographed and co‑directed Back and Forth for the Toronto Fringe and has film projects in development.

Emily has been part of Stagecoach for years, first as a student for seven years before becoming an assistant and now an Early Stages teacher. A Cawthra Park graduate, she studies Technical Theatre Production and Acting at Toronto Metropolitan University. Her credits include Seussical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, and Theory of Relativity. She loves helping young performers build confidence and creativity.

Marie Barros is a BIPOC actress, writer, and dancer from Oakville, excited to teach Early Stages at Stagecoach. She holds a BA in Dramatic Arts from Brock, trained at Armstrong Acting Studios, and has an Associate Bronze Level in Latin and Ballroom. A writer with a minor in English, she self‑published Ghostlife: The Underworld and is working on the sequel. Marie encourages young performers to be themselves and share their unique voices.

Julaani Powell is an emerging artist trained in dance, singing, and acting. She has loved musical theatre since age four, studying extensively at The Studio in Brampton. Now a student in Sheridan’s Musical Theatre degree program, she also dances competitively at the university level. Passionate about sharing her love of theatre, she’s excited to join Stagecoach. To her, Creative Courage means confidently expressing yourself and being who you truly are.

Sophie is a classically trained singer with an undeniable love for storytelling and music. With a B.F.A from Guelph and an M.F.A from York University she has performed in musicals such as: Anne of Green Gables, Seussical, Wicked and more. Sophie is an alumna of the Canadian Children’s Opera Company, notably originating the role of Alice in Errol Gay and Michael Patrick Albano’s opera Alice in Wonderland.
